• Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol are not allowed inside the guest house premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The main gate will remain closed from 11.15 p.m. to 06.00 a.m.
• No visitors will be allowed inside after the closure of the gate.
• The advance paid for reservation will be non-refundable if cancellation is made between 0-3 days prior to the date of arrival. 50% of the advance will be refunded if cancellation is made between 4^th and 10^th day of arrival and  if cancellation is made before 10 days of arrival date the advance will be fully refundable, less tax paid to the Govt..
• The tariff is subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
• Foreign Nationals including NRIs are required to present their passports and visa (original) at the time of check in, to the reception for online registration and entry in the Foreigner’s Registration Arrival Report (Form ‘C’).
• Registration Certificate No.(Form-A) and Residential Permit No. are to be furnished in case of Foreigners—Working in India / those who are staying in India for long period.
• Indian nationals may please present their photo ID with address at the reception at the time of check in. It has to be submitted to the Police Department, Puducherry.
• Guests’ vehicles should not be parked in front of the college next to the guest house.
• The management reserves the right of admission.
• Servants of the guests are not permitted to stay on the premises.
• All guests, after checking in, are bound by the rules and guidelines of the guest house displayed in the room.
• The management reserves the right to add or alter any of the terms and conditions without notice.
• Kindly note that the beach road is restricted by the government for movement of vehicles. The guests who walk down may use the beach road for entry and the guests coming in vehicles please use the back gate from Saint Martin Street which is parallel to the beach road.
